Called company for service, office staff was very nice, professional and accommodated to my scheduling needs. Technician showed up during time scheduled and got right to work. The technician took the time to explain what was going on and what it would take to repair, not sell me a new system. Tech did give me options of repairing and replacing, he asked me what I would like to do. After discussing I decided to repair and he happily went back to work fixing my unit.
